Place of Dreams was home to the 2Inspire Youth Club until 2019, when they were forced to leave following a flood from a flat above. This site was identified by young residents as the place that connected them most strongly to the estate during research for the exhibition As Here Becomes There in 2021.

The site remains vacant, awaiting demolition.
