Weather forecasts inspired this strip-like collage work. The language I encounter in reading forecasts not only describes the weather but also its psychological effects on us: phrases like "raw days," "deep lows," for example. Although written in technical language, I am struck by what I see as its poetic and psychological connotations. These works are made in extreme panoramic formats to suggest reading the forecast from left to right.
